Hi, I’m Colleen Tracy. I’m a product manager with a background in customer success and working in close collaboration with product teams. I love taking customer feedback and working with engineers to find solutions. The fulfillment I received in seeing successful product launches drove me to seek out product management training. My experience in finding creative solutions to client and business issues and prioritizing and managing a product backlog has given me a strong foundation upon which to build these skills and I’m eager to dive into problem solving!
